By entering Station 4, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded.
Station 4 routinely captures photo and video content on the premises for promotional, archival, journalistic, and security purposes. Content may include the bar’s interior, performances, events, staff, and patrons.
What This Means
Your image or likeness may appear in:
- Photos and videos published on our website and social media accounts
- Marketing materials including flyers, ads, and press kits
- News coverage of Station 4 events
- Security camera recordings retained for safety purposes
- Footage by performers, DJs, and resident artists with whom we collaborate
Opting Out
If you do not want to appear in photo or video content, please notify a manager at the door or ask any staff member during your visit. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from wide-angle event footage.
Removal Requests
If you appear in our published content and want it removed, email [email protected] with a clear description and we’ll review the request promptly.
Patron Photography
Personal photography is welcome but please be respectful — ask before photographing other patrons and never publish anyone’s photo without their consent. Flash photography is prohibited in the Rose Room and Horror Bar during performances.
