Frequently Asked
What’s the bag policy? +
You’re welcome to bring a small bag up to 12″ × 6″ × 12″ (about shoebox-sized). Clear bags expedite entry. All bags are subject to inspection at the door.
Large totes, duffel bags, backpacks, hydration packs, and any bag exceeding the size limit will be turned away — no coat or bag check available, so please plan ahead.
Can I smoke or vape inside? +
No. Per Dallas city ordinance, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors anywhere in the venue — this includes e-cigarettes, vape pens, and cannabis products.
You can smoke or vape on our two outdoor patios — one per floor, our designated smoking areas. Staff can direct you to the nearest patio when you arrive.
Is there a dress code? +
Station 4 does not have a dress code and encourages everyone to come as you are. All state and local laws apply — buttocks, private areas, and underbreasts must remain covered.
Footwear is required at all times.
Is there seating? +
Yes — we have booths and bar seating throughout the building, including in the Rose Room (around the stage), Horror Bar, Cheat Code, and the upstairs Main Floor balcony. Seating is first-come, first-served and is not reservable.
For groups of 8 or more wanting reserved seating with bottle service, see our private events info.
Can I leave and come back? (Re-entry) +
Yes — re-entry is permitted for paid guests through the designated re-entry door without waiting in line again. Hold on to your wristband and your hand stamp.
Re-entry closes at 2AM, when Afters begins. Free-period guests (early-arrival no-cover periods) may not always receive re-entry privileges; ask the door host at entry.
I lost something. How do I get it back? +
Call us during business hours at (214) 526-7171 or visit the front desk on your next visit. We hold lost-and-found items for 30 days.
For high-value items (phone, wallet, keys), call as soon as possible — those are logged separately and held longer.
Cash or card? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards at every bar. Cash is accepted everywhere. The Rose Room stage strongly prefers cash tips for performers — there’s an ATM in the lobby.
Is there a coat check? +
No coat check is available. Please plan accordingly during winter months — the building runs warm once the dance floors fill up.
Can I take photos or video? +
Personal photography is welcome — but please ask before photographing other patrons, and never publish anyone’s photo without their consent. Be especially respectful in the Rose Room and Horror Bar.
Flash photography is prohibited in the Rose Room and Horror Bar during performances. See our Notice of Filming & Photography for our own filming practices.
Is the venue accessible? +
Yes. The Main Floor downstairs, Rose Room, Cheat Code, and Horror Bar are wheelchair accessible via the front entrance and interior ramps. The upstairs Main Floor balcony is reached by stairs only — staff can help find an equivalent vantage point.
ASL interpretation is available for Rose Room shows on request — email [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance.
Cover charge / tickets +
Cover varies by night, room, and headliner. Some nights are free before a certain time. Most special events ticket through Party at the Block — see tonight’s lineup for direct links.
Is the bar dog-friendly? +
Service animals are always welcome. Other pets are not permitted inside the venue.
